Here at Azure Property, we provide all our clients with a professional and thorough service that is focused on high performance and you as our newest team member will do the same whilst specifically focusing on ensuring that each property under our management is well-maintained, profitable, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Join us at Azure Property where we communicate effectively and work together seamlessly and are offering the opportunity for a permanent part time position to join us 3 days per week.
You will make an impact by:
- Demonstrating high level of customer service and building strong relationships.
- Managing tenant relations.
- Marketing and leasing commercial and residential property.
- Marketing and managing all social media platforms
- Ensure that all properties are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Liaising with contractors
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Continuous development of knowledge across Real Estate Industry.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
About You

- Perform financial management activities including accounts payable and receivable.
- Possess a Tertiary qualification in real estate, business or marketing is preferred, not essential.
- Hold an understanding of lease interpretation, lease administration.
